Does a kit come with my course? For in-person courses, the kit and equipment are included. However, for online courses, the kit and equipment are sold separately.

I'm located in Northern California as well, do you have a store I can stop by to purchase supplies? While we are located in Northern California, we do not have a storefront for direct purchases. All equipment and supplies are conveniently shipped out to our customers.

What equipment and supplies do I need for my online course? The equipment and supplies needed for the online course will be listed on the course outline provided during the training. We also offer Starter Kits that include all the necessary items to get started. You can find links to purchase the required equipment and supplies on the course outline.

How long will it take for me to receive the supplies and equipment I purchased from your website?  Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing, excluding weekends and holidays. For more detailed information, please refer to our shipping policy.

Do you offer courses in any other language besides English? Currently, our courses are available in English and Spanish only.

In the event of failure, you will be granted multiple opportunities to retake the exam without any penalties. Additionally, you will be required to submit a final assignment showcasing your practical experience with a client you have provided services to.

How long does it take for my final assignment to be reviewed after submission? Once you have submitted your final assignment, you can expect to receive a confirmation email within 24-48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays.

Will I be awarded a certificate of completion? Upon completion of the course, you will receive an email containing instructions on how to download your certificate of completion.
