COURSE + CERTIFICATION

Do I need a license to enroll in Luxe courses?
No license is required to enroll. Luxe courses are open to all experience levels — from beginners to working pros.

Do I need a license to perform the services I’m learning?
It depends on your location and the service. Every state or country may regulate cosmetic services differently. Luxe is creating a resource to help you research what’s required in your area.

Is Luxe accredited?
Yes — we’re an internationally accredited beauty academy recognized in the USA, Canada, UK, Australia and More.

How are the courses delivered?
All training is 100% online, mobile-friendly, and self-paced. You’ll get step-by-step videos, written modules, downloadable guides, and visual demonstrations.

How long do the courses take?
Most are completed in a day or two, but you have lifetime access and can learn at your own pace.

What’s required to complete the course?
To earn your certificate, you must pass a final exam (90% or higher) and submit a before-and-after photo collage of the service performed on a real person (not a mannequin). Your collage should be uploaded directly inside the training portal.

Do I need to buy supplies to complete the course?

 Yes — since you’re expected to perform the service in real life, you’ll need all the core tools and products. You’re not required to purchase from Luxe, but we offer Starter Kits and approved bundles to make it easier and ensure you’re using the right items.

When do I get my certificate?
Once your final assignment is reviewed (within 24–48 hours on business days), you’ll receive a Course Completion Email with instructions on how to download your digital certificate directly from the training portal.

What’s included in the course access email?
Your Thinkific welcome email includes a link to create your student account. Check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see it. Still can’t find it? Email us at support@luxebeautyandbodyco.com.

Are Luxe courses available in other languages?
Yes — most courses are available in both English and Spanish.

Do Luxe certificates qualify for insurance?
Many of our students use Luxe certifications to get insured, but it depends on your provider. We recommend checking directly with your insurance carrier.

Do Luxe courses expire?
Nope. Once you enroll, you have lifetime access — even if we update the course in the future.

Is there a deadline to submit my final assignment if I’m still gathering supplies?
 We get it — supplies can be a big step. While we recommend submitting your assignment within 30 days, there’s no strict deadline. Just keep us posted if you need more time.

EQUIPMENT + SUPPLIES

What equipment do I need for my course?
Every course includes a supply list inside the course outline. Luxe offers Starter Kits, scalp equipment, and bundles to make things easier.

Do you offer sinks or beds that don’t require plumbing?
Yes — we specialize in non-plumbed, water-tank-based equipment perfect for suites, pop-ups, and home studios.

How long does shipping take?

  • Starter kits and supplies: 3–5 business days (from our Nevada warehouse)

  • Large equipment: 7–10 business days (from our Texas warehouse)
    Note: Timeframes exclude weekends/holidays.

Where do you ship?
We ship to the U.S., Canada, Mexico, and the U.K.
For countries outside the US, please email us at support@luxebeautyandbodyco.com for a custom shipping quote.

How are large items delivered?
Scalp beds and sinks ship via freight and arrive curbside. You’ll need someone present to inspect, sign, and move the item indoors. Setup instructions are included.

What is Worry-Free Delivery?
For 2% of your item’s price, Worry-Free Delivery guarantees protection against loss, theft, or damage. If anything happens in transit, we’ll make it right.

What if something arrives damaged or missing?
Report any issues within 5 days of delivery with clear photos and videos. Email support@luxebeautyandbodyco.com so we can review and assist.

Do you offer bundles or course + equipment packages?
Yes — check our website for discounted bundles and promo offers. These are perfect for new beauty pros looking to get everything in one step.

Can I finance my course or equipment?
 Yes. Luxe accepts Sezzle, Zip, PayPal Pay Later, and Amerifund financing — so you can split your payments over time. You’ll see all available options at checkout.

RETURNS + POLICIES

Can I return a course or product?
All sales are final. We only accept returns for items that are damaged during delivery, reported within 5 days, and approved for return.

Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are not available unless Worry-Free Delivery was purchased and damage or loss is verified. In most cases, we replace or repair verified issues quickly.

What if I file a chargeback?
 Chargebacks filed without contacting us first may result in account restrictions. Always email support@luxebeautyandbodyco.com before taking action — we’re here to help.
