Shipping policy
Processing Time
We require 3-5 business days (excluding holidays and weekends) for processing supplies and starter kits orders. For large equipment (scalp sink and scalp massage bed), delivery is 7-10 days.
Delivery estimates are based on two factors: order processing time and time in transit. Items in stock will be shipped once the item is located, your payment is confirmed, and the shipping address is verified. For most orders, this process begins once your online order has been submitted. Depending on the time of day you place your order, the order process might not start until the following business day. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding United States federal holidays. During peak periods, you may experience longer-than-average order processing time due to holiday shipping delays.
Delivery of Scalp Equipment (Sink and Beds)
Scalp equipment, including sinks and beds, is delivered via LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) carriers. These deliveries are curbside or front door only. Customers are responsible for moving items indoors. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery location to inspect and sign for the shipment. Delivery will not proceed without a signature.
Instructions for assembly and installation will be included either digitally or physically with every large equipment purchase. For specific equipment dimensions, plumbing requirements, or other details, refer to the spec sheet available for viewing and download on our website.
Inspection and Reporting of Damage
Customers must inspect items upon delivery and note any visible damage directly with the carrier at the time of delivery. For any additional damage, missing items, or defects, customers must report the issue within 5 days of delivery. All claims must include photos and detailed descriptions to be considered.
Worry-Free Delivery Option
For added peace of mind, customers can purchase Worry-Free Delivery for 2.01% of the product price. This option covers loss, damage, or theft and guarantees you a full refund if your order does not arrive as described, including loss or damage in transit.
- Example: For a scalp massage bed priced at $3,497, the Worry-Free Delivery option would cost $70.33.

Responsibility for Loss or Damage
Our responsibility for loss or damage to your order ends once it reaches the shipping address safely. If you receive damaged equipment, you should refuse the delivery immediately and document the damage with the delivery carrier. Replacements or repairs will be arranged promptly once proof of damage is submitted within the 5-day window.
International Shipping
Items shipped from the United States into Canada, Mexico, and the United Kingdom may require additional delivery time because of increased security at border crossing points.
Shipping & handling charges — which include taxes, duties, and brokerage fees where applicable — will automatically be added to your total during checkout.
Issues Regarding Shipping Company
We only issue refunds if the error is on our part (e.g., if we ship to an incorrect mailing address other than what you provided). If we ship to the correct mailing address and the status is reflected as delivered, we do not issue refunds or acknowledge disputes.
We are not liable for claims of non-delivery due to errors by the shipping company. However, we may assist with initiating claims for lost shipments. Please note that we do not cover items verified by the shipping agent as "delivered" unless Worry-Free Delivery is purchased.
