By using our website or purchasing any products or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

ELIGIBILITY & AGREEMENT
You must be at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to use this site and make purchases.

PURCHASER OF RECORD
Only the individual or business listed as the Purchaser of Record on the original order is authorized to submit return or refund requests, initiate product support or claims, communicate about the order, or file disputes.
We do not accept claims or communications from third parties such as friends, relatives, employees, or business partners unless written authorization is provided by the Purchaser of Record and Luxe has verified and approved the authorization.

ORDER ACCURACY
You agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact details when placing an order. We are not responsible for issues arising from incorrect information. We reserve the right to cancel or limit orders at our discretion, especially in cases of suspected fraud, resale, or abuse.

PRODUCT LISTINGS
We aim to provide clear and accurate descriptions and images. However, product colors, sizes, accessories, and specifications may differ slightly due to production updates or display settings. Please contact us before purchasing if you have questions about any features or included items.

SHIPPING, DELIVERY, AND INSPECTION
Large equipment may be delivered via LTL freight carriers. These deliveries are curbside or front-door only.
Customers are responsible for being present for delivery, inspecting items immediately, and reporting any damage within 5 days of delivery.
Failure to report within this window may void eligibility for return, exchange, or replacement.

RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
All sales are final. Returns are only accepted if the item is damaged in transit and the damage is reported within 5 days. Items must be returned with prior written approval and a return label issued by Luxe. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded. Partial refunds or exchanges are granted at Luxe’s sole discretion.

DISPUTES, CHARGEBACKS & COMMUNICATION REQUIREMENTS
Before initiating a chargeback or third-party payment dispute, customers must contact our support team at support@luxebeautyandbodyco.com and give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue.
If a chargeback is filed without prior contact, Luxe reserves the right to flag the customer’s account, deny future service or purchases, and dispute the chargeback with documentation, including this policy.
Only the Purchaser of Record may initiate disputes. We will not respond to third-party claims unless pre-approved.

PRIVACY
All personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at https://luxebeautyandbodyco.com/policies/privacy-policy.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Luxe Beauty & Body Co. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss due to misuse of products, or delays, non-delivery, or damage caused by third-party shipping providers.
Products are provided “as is” unless otherwise stated in writing.

MODIFICATIONS
We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and are effective immediately. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. All legal disputes must be resolved in a court located in California.
