The licensing fees cover a comprehensive suite of essential courses, including:

  • Luxe's Board Examination
  • CPR/AED & First Aid
  • Infection Control
  • Blood Borne Pathogens
  • Anatomy
  • Vital Signs

You’ll submit these six certificates — plus a certificate for the non-invasive service you’re licensed in — as part of your license application.

Yes, but you must either already be certified in a non-invasive service or plan to get certified. You can complete that certification with Luxe or another provider before submitting your license application.

Q: Will this license qualify me to take the esthetics or cosmetology board exam?

No. This license is not affiliated with your state board. It does not replace a state esthetics or cosmetology license and does not qualify you for any state board exam.

Q: Do I need any prior license to apply?

No. You do not need to hold a state license or medical license. However, you must submit a certificate showing that you are trained in a non-invasive aesthetic service.

Q: What kind of license is this?

This is an internationally accredited non-invasive aesthetic license issued by Luxe Beauty & Body Co. It allows you to legally and confidently offer non-invasive services in areas where medical or state board licensing is not required.

Q: Can I do Botox or filler injections with this license?

No. This license does not cover any injectable or needle-based procedures.

Q: Is this license recognized internationally?

Yes. The Luxe Advanced Aesthetic License is internationally accredited and used by practitioners in the U.S., Canada, UK, Australia, and more. That said, you are responsible for following the rules and laws in your specific city, state, or country.

License Terms and Renewals

Q: What’s the difference between the one-year and two-year license options?

1-Year License is $1,398 and is perfect if you want to get started or prefer to renew each year.

2-Year License is $1,698 and is our best value. It saves you $1,098 compared to renewing each year.

Q: What happens when my license term ends?

You will need to renew. This includes submitting a short continuing education update and paying a renewal fee. Luxe will guide you through the process when the time comes.

Educator License

Q: Can I train or teach others with this license?

Not with the standard practitioner license. If you want to train others, you’ll need to upgrade to the Educator License, which allows you to:

  • Perform all non-invasive services
  • Train and certify others
