How long does it take to get access to my course after purchasing? Once your purchase is confirmed, you’ll receive a welcome email from Thinkific with instructions to access your course. How long do the courses take? Most are completed in a day or two, but you have lifetime access and can learn at your own pace.
Do printed learning materials come with the course? Luxe courses are fully digital and do not include printed guides or manuals. Some courses include downloadable resources, such as client consent forms, which you can print and use in your practice. For most core courses, the consent forms are the only materials intended to be printed.
Do I need to buy supplies to complete the course? Yes — since you’re expected to perform the service in real life, you’ll need all the core tools and products. You’re not required to purchase from Luxe, but we offer Starter Kits and approved bundles to make it easier and ensure you’re using the right items.
What’s required to complete the course? To earn your certificate, you must pass a final exam (90% or higher) and submit a before-and-after photo collage of the service performed on a real person (not a mannequin). Your collage should be uploaded directly inside the training portal.
When do I get my certificate? Once your final assignment is reviewed (within 24–48 hours on business days), you’ll receive a Course Completion Email with instructions on how to download your digital certificate directly from the training portal.
Is there a deadline to submit my final assignment if I’m still gathering supplies? We get it — supplies can be a big step. While we recommend submitting your assignment within 30 days, there’s no strict deadline. Just keep us posted if you need more time.

Do Luxe certificates qualify for insurance? Many of our students use Luxe certifications to get insured, but it depends on your provider. We recommend checking directly with your insurance carrier.
Do Luxe courses provide CE (Continuing Education) credits? CE eligibility varies by state and licensing board. While some students may be able to use Luxe courses toward their continuing education hours, we recommend confirming with your local licensing authority to ensure the course meets their specific CE requirements.
Do Luxe courses expire? Nope. Once you enroll, you have lifetime access — even if we update the course in the future.
Is it possible to get an esthetician license online? In most states, a full esthetician license cannot be obtained entirely online because state licensing boards require in-person training and hands-on practical hours. Luxe courses do not provide a state esthetician license. However, beauty professionals can earn an Advanced Aesthetic License for non-invasive aesthetic services. What equipment do I need for my course? Every course includes a supply list inside the course outline. Luxe offers Starter Kits, scalp equipment, and bundles to make things easier.
Does the Starter Kit include the training course? No — the Starter Kit and training course are sold separately. We also offer discounted bundles if you’d like to purchase both together.
Do you offer sinks or beds that don’t require plumbing? Yes — we specialize in non-plumbed, water-tank-based equipment perfect for suites, pop-ups, and home studios.
Does Luxe equipment come with a warranty? Yes, most Luxe equipment includes a one-year limited warranty that covers manufacturer-related issues. If you experience a problem with your equipment, please contact our support team with your order number, delivery date, and photos or video of the issue so our team can review it and assist with next steps. RETURNS + POLICIES
Can I return a course or product? All sales are final. We only accept returns for items that are damaged during delivery, reported within 5 days, and approved for return.

Does Luxe have a storefront? Luxe primarily operates online to serve customers worldwide. However, we do have a showroom in Sacramento, CA, where most of our equipment is on display. Showroom visits are available by appointment only.
Is pickup available? Not at this time. All orders are shipped directly to your door for convenience.
